Sachenrecht
Eine Hypothek, eine Grundschuld oder eine Rentenschuld darf nur mit Zustimmung des Eigentümers des Grundstücks gelöscht werden. Für eine Löschung zur Berichtigung des Grundbuchs ist die Zustimmung nicht erforderlich, wenn die Unrichtigkeit nachgewiesen wird.
